Yet when faced with sexual dysfunction, many people using these drugs turn to additional drugs instead of considering adjustments to their current drug regimen. As a result, many cases of drug-induced sexual dysfunction are treated with drugs such as Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra for men and other drugs for women. Additional medications can mean a higher cost to you as a consumer - and a higher chance of having additional adverse drug-related events and interactions for you as a patient.
If you are taking one of the 131 drugs listed here and experience sexual dysfunction, talk to your doctor about lowering the dose or switching to an alternative drug that does not cause sexual dysfunction.
